You can see a mysterious mass in the brain through the use of xrays or MRI. Can you determine if it's cancer without a biopsy?

Are there any blood tests that indicate the presence of cancer in the body?

    Probably.  Cancer is a disease of the blood.  I'm not sure.

    (about the blood tests) 

    But you cannot diagnose most cancers for sure without a biopsy; but if it is some virulent growth, you can take a very educated guess.
