Your kid murders someone. Are YOU responsible? Here's what's troubling. The coaches committed the crimes. Who gets sued?

Is the University responsible for the actions of its staff? Where is the line and when all the lawsuits hit will they be naming the University as the target or the individual staff members, mostly coaches, who were the crooks? SIGH. This is not going to be fun for anyone. Dam*!  :(
