Excluding the toady sycophants and adoring worshippers, would that liddle donny d could see himself as we see him. Would he survive it?

I wonder if he was born a wackadoodle? He fits the role so well. One could say he was quirky or eccentric if one were so predisposed. I am not.  He reeks of venom and evil everywhere he goes and destroys and pillages and brings disease and death and rejoices. He is peculiar. Thank you for your reply Sharon! :)
