Excluding manufacturing defects how many of you want ALL MANUFACTURERS to be "held harmless" for what they produce? WHY?

    I agree. If the product is legal for sale and manufacture, the manufacturer should only be responsible for the product not what someone does with the product.

    Should beer companies be responsible for drunk drivers? How about car manufacturers?
