What was the most fun thing you did with your kids when they were young? Do they do it with their kids too? What?

    My kid has no kids.

I didn't see enough of her when I was growing up.  She lived with her dad most years.  I didn't start having fun with her until we were both grown.

When I was in my 20's I had a long way to go before I was considered a grown adult.

Kaylee? That was really swell E. I like it when females "go outside the box" and can enjoy different things. When I was a kid we were all in boxes. No escape from it. Girls/women/ladies/females had a prescribed path ahead. After high school graduation either go to college to find a husband or find a job and maybe your "husband" will be a co-worker. That was it. When you heard of a DR. you always thought it was a man. I admire the women who forged ahead and tried their hands at "guy" things like being a cop or a firefighter or a truck driver. Whatever it was they followed the dream. THEIR dream. Me? I never strayed outside that box. Actually I'm still in it. Not sad about it since it was by my choice. I have never been adventurous. I've always played it safe. I'm not brave. I admire those who are..male or female. Thank you for your reply! :) I hope you have lots of photos of all the fun adventures you had with your family. I have tons and from time to time when I am a bit wistful I look at them again and remember the fun! :) This post was edited by RosieG at March 19, 2019 6:52 AM MDT
