The ship of state is sinking at a slower rate than I thought it would. It keeps developing more/bigger holes and still floats. HOW?
Once a ship takes on water how long before it reaches the brink of its ability to stay afloat and sink? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? Months? Years?
