Don don is now going to exact REVENGE and RETALIATE on everyone he sez are his enemies. He is ON A TEAR to get justice for himself at having ever been suspected of anything. He is on a tear to destroy the AHCA thereby taking away health care from 20 million people. He is on a tear to investigate everyone who investigated him. He is on a tear to keep attacking Hillary. He feels invincible and that he was UNJUSTLY treated and so he wants justice. He doesn't hate it. He wants to get it for himself and he plans to get it howsomever he can. He uses wanting justice as his way of revenging himself. So can you see why what you wrote is confusing to me? He loves justice. You love justice.
