That was the statement made on a segment of "60 Minutes" last night. Something called PERMA FROST which never thawed is thawing and in so doing will be releasing noxious gases that have keep things frozens for hundreds of thousands of years. How do you stop it? They are going to be trying to slow it down. I don't understand how where it is coldest of all the warming is occurring twice as fast. Do you? Is the thawing of PERMA FROST areas a disaster than will do us in?
