It was the FEMALE mayor of San Juan who refused to a**kiss him. Now we know he cannot tolerate a WOMAN mouthing off to him. Look at his attacks on Maxine Waters, Hillary Clinton, et al etcetera etcetera etcetera and so forth. It humiliates him to be reduced to a mere talking head nothingburger and so he WILL GET HIS REVENGE BY GAWD! NO FEDERAL AID FOR PUERTO RICO! That will show her who's in charge won't it? Big guy.
