Is there an END OF TIME for the Dondon IRS TAX AUDIT or will it follow him FROM HERE TO ETERNITY foreverly?

He is in a rut.  Big deep rut. When does this broken record get tossed and another excuse replace it? Who will deliver us from this evil? SIGH.

At the least, his taxes will be audited every year he is President.
It's a requirement for all Presidents.

IMO, it should be required for every elected official.
But somehow Congress keeps forgetting to require it for themselves.  Go figure.

Fine. That means in auditing 2018 ALL PRIOR YEARS AUDITS WILL BE COMPLETE? Or once under audit you never get out for any year ever forever after? Thank you for your reply Walt. D'ya think they're all crooks Walt? D'ya think no cabinet secretary files taxes honestly honorably fairly squarely? I mean excluding all Don peeps. He only appoints corrupt folks like himself. Birds of a feather ya know! :)

They can probably have overlapping audits.  EG: Starting one audit doesn't end an ongoing audit.
But I know they can only audit a single year once.  EG: They can't audit 2018 returns multiple times.
(I think that follows the "double jeopardy" rule)

So realistically do you think we will ever get to see a Dondon Tax Return in its entirety? I think we have seen a page here and another page there but unless you see the whole thing with all the attachments you don't know anything. I don't need to see it. If the House Committee chairs see them and learn what they contain I'd be very happy. I mean if I knew what was in them it wouldn't matter. I have no power to do anything. The HOUSE now is very powerful and so if they could access say ten years of tax returns or whatever number they thought would be appropriate I'd be happy as a clam at high tide! Thank you for your helpfully informative reply Walt. Now we wait and see. Waiting is another thing I don't do well.  :(

Since it's illegal for the IRS to release tax information without the individual's permission ... the House Committee would have to get a warrant for the IRS to release the information.  And to get a warrant, they would need to show "just cause".  And courts have consistently ruled not volunteering information does not create "just cause".  So I don't know how Congress would force the returns to be released.

We can find out what his salary is from public records ... the tax forms corporations are required to file, require them to disclose the salary of all officers and board members.  But that wouldn't show any income from his stock/bond holdings.  Nor would it show any deductions he claims on his tax filing.

At issue here is BANK FRAUD and TAX CHEATING of which there is already evidence Walt. I believe Michael Cohen provided same when he said that Dondon UNDERSTATED assets to minimize tax burden and OVERSTATED asset values when applying for insurance coverage or loans. THOSE FELONIES I BElieve and it would indeed be JUST CAUSE for me. Not for thee? I see. Thank you for your reply. We disagree. No biggie.

    It's a catch-22

Unless Cohen was the "Third Party" who filed Trump's taxes ... all he has is hearsay.  Which is not often good enough for a warrant.

And without the actual valuation of the assets, and the taxes/loans ... we can't tell if Trump did "fudge" the values.

Not to mention there are numerous ways to legally claim different values of assets.
EG: Market value vs assessed value for property.  Market value is almost always higher than assessed value for taxes.

THEM DEMS ARE A COMIN.  AND THEY ARE NOT GOING AWAY.  EVER.  THE MORE HE DENIES THEIR REQUEST, THE GUILTIER HE BECOMES.  SO HE AIN'T GONNA WIN THIS ONE NOW.

NO ONE BELIEVES THOSE TAX RETURNS ARE NOT TOTALLY INFLAMMATORY OR WORSE.

THE MORE HE FIGHTS IT, THE GUILTIER HE BECOMES.

One day all the dirty laundy will be exposed. It is inevitable. And all the protectors and apologists and defenders and deniers will look like the gullible folks they are. It's coming. You are correct. Thank you for your reply Sharon.
