He keeps juicing them up. Priming the pump. Inflating the tires. Checking out the battery. Reminding them of what they're there for lest they forget. When he gives THE WORD they will act. In the meantime he keeps them roiled and oiled.
Thugs and cretins, along with the socialists and leftist loonies that support them, are the ones that hit the streets in rob, riot and loot when things don't go their way. Those of us on the opposite side of the political spectrum made up our minds to take the high road long ago. It involves something I like to refer to as the intelligence factor. If you're intelligent, that's the overriding factor.
