Could it be simply mental block due to an injury he sustained in utero or at birth? It is beyond compulsive. So far beyond that we have never witnessed anything like it. Now we ASSUME he has the ability to be truthful and choose not to be that. But what if he is unable to choose? What if he is programmed to lie and cannot not? In that case is he to blame? Or are his limitations at fault? He lies when there is reason to lie. He lies about all things large and small. That isn't normal unless he is wired to do that and has no choice.
