Does saving a life and taking a life ever balance things out? I know it depends on whose life is taken and whose is saved. Right?

So then assuming the life saved was a very good person and the life taken was a very bad person are you off the hook for killing?

    How can I know?  When I don't have the story.

    Can you picture a defense attorney using only this evidence as proof of no crime or getting off the hook?

    What is the particular story.

    Being good does not make it okay to off someone bad just because you are and he is not.  Come on.
