Because Dondon does what Stephen Miller tells him to do vis a vis hating more punishing more destroying more. I don't know what kind of upbringing Stephen Miller had but his hate is great and permeates everything. Dondon relies on him apparently and hate is always going to win because......because.....because. I can't think of a single logical sensible reasonable sane reason why hate wins so often. Can you?
