Allegedly Dondonjohn was toying with the idea of putting Ivanka in charge of or head of THE WORLD BANK. Why?

Because "she is very good with numbers".

What is THE WORLD BANK and what impact would that particular NEPOTISITC choice have on us were he to do it and get away with it?  Would that give Dondonjohn access to MORE MONEY that he could siphon to his accounts?
