It is self-defeating and bigly PECULIAR. The need for attention is so big for some they don't mind being obnoxious to get it. WHY?
I guess any attention is better than none if you can't EARN IT THE OLD-FASHIONED WAY than any old whichway will do. As I said. Weird. Erratic.
