How many times has that ship sailed because you took too long to come to a decision? Ever try to swim to it?
If you always get seasick maybe you never really wanted to get on that ship in the first place. STRIKE WHILE THE IRON IS HOT! What good is cold iron except to use as a weight? It doesn't smooth out any wrinkles.
"Strike while the iron is hot" refers to blacksmithing - not ironing clothes. If you're shaping iron, you want to strike/bend while it's hot. But if you're honing or polishing it, you want to do so while it's cold. (that's what I learned during metal-working class in middle school - and reinforced by watching Forged in Fire. lol)
I've sometimes regretted deciding not to "sail a ship" ... but never waited too long that it sailed before I decided. And I've never tried to catch a ship that sailed. I just wait for the next similar ship, and get on that one.
Why wouldn't it fit just as well for ironing clothes Walt? When do you ever iron anything with a cold iron? Setting that aside how many ships have you boarded and which took you to the best destination? Thank you for your reply! :)
