You have the crystals and candles.  Now you just need to practice drawing the sigils.

Whatever you wish on someone else that causes harm will return to you THREE fold.

It's a given.

That is why we try and do only GOOD works.  That is what we want to manifest.  Not evil.  

"Demons" are just dimensional travelers, outside their home dimension. 
They are usually tourists looking for a good time.
If you want them to visit your workplace, there has to be something to interest them.
That's why there are millions of them that visit tourist parks every year.  
They normally try to blend in with the local population, because it's a hassle being chased by fearful civilians and attacked by whatever local military.
