Really wowsome how questions will trigger a vast array of responses from "appropriate suitable responsive" to way out in left field. Why?

Some always answer the question asked. Some sometimes get around to it. Some will focus on a peripheral tangential irrelevant tertiary or immaterial part and others use it to discuss something else entirely. It's a puzzlement. Do you know why that is?
