Tamales might be my very very food. But green bean chicken from our local Chinese takeout spot is awesome! Also coconut shrimp though I don't really know what country can take credit for that. Ever have a corned beef sandwich, matzo ball soup and knishes? Splendid fare. I knew a gal who made the best chopped liver I ever tasted! Lasagna must be the food of the gods. Also P
The more exotic cuisine I do not favor. I think it may be the spices used that aren't my cuppa tea.
