Do you qualify often? When you make a statement that may not always be true in every case don't you say "in general"?

Over time you notice patterns emerging. Similar in nature. If you pay attention. How do you discuss them? One-by-one specifically or do you make a connection among them and treat them as relating to one another?

For example.

Men are physically stronger than women. IN GENERAL.
Because not all men are physically stronger than all women, right? So you have to qualify it because THERE ARE ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS. Yet the generality is more often true than not.

Some say they never generalize or stereotype. Really?
