Allegedly 40%-50% of first marriages end in divorce. The divorce rate for subsequent marriages is even higher. I wonder?

Is there a higher percent (higher than 40%-50%) of people who sue/get sued for reasons other than divorce? Does every SUER have a SUEE? Class Action Lawsuits have multiple SUERS joining together against one SUEE. What is the advantage Class Action lawsuits versus individual lawsuits?
