    Nothing new (in any country).  The "elite" have always managed to worm their way out of serving (if they desire).

    Remember, the poor are a dime a dozen; but there are a limited number of rich folks.   We gotta take special care of them (so they can abuse us).

    What are the odds the sb prez will REINSTATE THE DRAFT Shuhak? It's a perfect way to get rid of people of color. All his obscenely wealthy pals will lie their way out as he did. Those who aren't wealthy will serve their country as has always been true except of course for those exceptional people who have always been patriots and served their country even though wealthy and privileged. The sb prez can EXECUTIVE ORDER anything he wants. The toady sycophant Senate majority will always roll over for him. It's the House with the Dem majority that will tell him where to go very graphically and so he has to end-run around them. Easy peasy. Piece of cake.
