The sb prez sez he doesn't want to go to war with Iran. So how come we are sending ships and planes and troops to the middleast?

Congress should be the body that initiates things to do with WAR. They are currently asking to see the evidence/proof/trigger/catalyst that causes the sb prez to react as he did militarily including having US personnel LEAVE their posts. Apparently the sb prez has not as yet seen fit to apprise them of anything. Peculiar man.
