It's said that the people who have the hardest time dieting are those who are EMOTIONAL eaters. They eat when they are happy they eat when they are sad they eat when they have been disappointed they eat when they celebrate. They cannot resist eating for any reason or no reason. Now that is not a sensible way to live. But sensible is not in the deck of cards that emotional eaters were dealt. Same thing with SHOPAHOLICS or HOARDERS or KLEPTOMANIACS or those who starve themselves to death because no matter how skeletal they become they see a fat person in the mirror. They have no control at all..
Could it be the same for hate? Those who are emotionally susceptible to it will embrace it. Those who aren't won't. Simple or very complex?
