I don't know. I do know he was sued by the government for racial bias when renting/selling to African Americans years ago. I don't know how much he had to pay but he was NOT African American friendly then. Of course in those days he wasn't running for prez so he could do what he felt like doing and now he is scripted to say what his handlers believe will work.
