Why not make it a National contest? Anyone can enter. The prize is a huge pin that flashes red 24/7 saying LIAR WINNER! A point of pride I should think since lying is held so high these days. Better than any military medal or literary prize or scientific breakthrough. Lying is a very lucrative profession. Big bucks are available. What is more honorable than being very wealthy?
