How to change battery in an ipod touch ?

I got an ipod touch 6 I've had it for 2 years it works fine but the battery goes dead quick. Last night it was fully charged when I unplugged it this morning it was going dead the battery showed 97 percent. How can I change the battery ? Where do you get the batteries for them ?

So ... you plugged it in at night, and the next morning the battery said 97% charged?
I don't see that you need to replace the battery.

But if you still want to ... you need to know which model you have.
Then you may be able to start at this website for an answer:
