Joe Biden's on the hot seat for what he said. He mentioned 2 racists he was able to work with and is being excoriated for it. Deserved/un?

I expect his point was that no matter how DESPICABLE a person's view he would be able to work with them.

Does that offend you, delight you or leave you wondering about what is he gonna say next that will pi** off or tick off or enrage someone?

    I do believe that was the point Biden was trying to make, but the younger generation doesn't see it that way because they don't have the experience of knowing how things were 40-50 years ago.  What was normal and common behavior then is taboo now.  They don't have a frame of reference.
