The guy is so old befuddled confused senile he believes he is running against Hillary Clinton. Why won't someone tell him he ain't?

He apparently thinks he is in 2015-2016 and she is the enemy. So he foolishly invokes her name repeatedly. Doesn't the crowd know he thinks he is really not there in the now or are they old befuddled confused senile too? Weird odd bizarre peculiar.
