Does the extremely stable genius scumbag prez need Congressional approval to DEPLOY troops to foreign lands?
We know he doesn't give a rat's a** about legal so when he tells t he troops to GO TO WAR without Congressional approval what do they do? Obey him or defy him? Whatcha think?
