You are required to get a driver's license
You are required to get a hunting license
You are required to get a fishing license
You are required to follow the posted speed limits
You are required to get a license to carry a concealed weapon (I don 't know that..do you?)
Restaurants/bars are required to get a liquor license if they want to serve booze
Businesses are required to get a business license if they want to engage in business
TV and Video stations are required to get a license from the FCC Allowing use of the air waves
You are required to pay property taxes
You don't get to choose which you'll do and which you won't. Not legally. Do folks cheat? Do chickens cackle?
