I think fear is innate but you have to be TAUGHT to love or hate. I do not understand monsters who teach HATE. Do you?

To educate or not to educate? Some spend their entire lives promulgating hate. What wold cause a homo sap to devote his/her life to that? A hater had to have been taught to hate and passes it on as a family/group legacy to be cherished? A tradition that must never be broken?
