How many times can you cry "WOLF" when there is none and have people still believe in you?

The sb teleprompter prez cries wolf all the time and so far we haven't seen one. His peeps believe whatever he says whenever he says it no matter the voluminous googolplex of contradictions. So far it's been at least a bazillion times that he by gosh by golly done done it. He asserts insists and backs down. He ultimatums and then belly crawls backwards giving an inane justification that no one buys but his adoring worshippers. Dozens of times. Dozens and dozens and dozens and still they believe him. I think part of it is ... conservatives have known for decades that "big media" was biased towards the liberal view.
There was even an "insider" who wrote a book about how they did it.
So, when you know PartyA has a history of lying to you ... and then PartyB comes along and tells you PartyA is lying ... you'll believe PartyB even when PartyA tells the truth that PartyB is lying.

Does that make sense?

It makes PERFECT sense Walt! So it matters who gets there first. What I don't get thought is that when FACTS EVIDENCE PROOF is shown the Party B believers no matter what will not believe any of it. It's like their brains are trapped behind a steel door and nothing will get through. Which is what we are dealing with. Maybe we always have and its just that right now it is doing such harm worldwide we notice it more. I dunno.   What makes folks believe what they are told despite proof to the contrary else-wise? After so many false claims ... even when there WAS a wolf, nobody believed him.

Was it Jim Jones who got his followers to drink poison KOOLAID? They all died because he promised them they awaken in heaven or something. I just don't get HOW people can block out evidence facts proof truth. They are told something then somehow those beliefs are engraved in stone and nothing will ever change them. How is that possible Shuhak? Why is that possible? I know people want to believe what they believe but how can it be that wanting is so strong it erases everything else? Thank you for your reply! :)
