I can handle ANY INSULT except one saying I am OLD.
OH NO. I AM SO OLD. I am so old I do the job of people half my age who fall by the wayside. I am so old people cannot even tell how old I am when they meet me.
HOW DO I RECOVER from people who are so young they think being old is an insult.
They think being OLD is something that happens to others. And they dread being old because they have zero plans on what to do when they ARE OLD because they cannot even deal with being YOUNG and managing that.
Being close to 30 or older is NOT YOUNG. HELLO?
BEING someone who is desperately clinging to their adolescence makes NO SENSE at all.
