The trump has the attention span of a gnat. You can't blame him for that.
The poem is longer but here are the words familiar to us.

So that is why the trump perceives ALL IMMIGRANTS AS WRETCHED REFUSE. Tiny gnat-like attention span can only hold so much information. WRETCHED REFUSE will be forever the trump perception of asylum seekers, immigration seekers. He cain't hep it. So stop blaming him already. Not his fault. Everyone says so. We'll see what happens.
