Eric Garner was black if you don't remember. The sillywillynillybillybarrracist brought no charges. Did you really think pasty white billybarr whose pasty white racist puppetmaster would allow that? Boy are you ever naive if you did. Chalk it up to another victory for racism. It do have a mighty power doin't it? STAY TUNED. MORE TO COME! IF YOU'RE A FAN HE BE DA MAN.

    I think there should have been charges based on the fact that his police department have/had instructions to avoid contact with a suspect neck. This was obviously not followed. 

    I do not think it was racial. The man should have listened to the officer. I tell this to my children listen to the officers. If they are a good officer (most are) it will go better. If they are a bad cop do not challenge them at the time....they have the control and you will end up shot. Wait until it is done and you can press charges against the officer. We know this works...we did it with an overzealous officer about 20yrs ago.
