    I definitely have worn that same outfit at a bar.  
    I would also wear cut-offs, a tank top with sandals.
    A nice, sexy, backless, black dress with heels.
    A t-shirt and 501s with espadrills.
    Leggies and a sweater with tennies.

    It would be a raincoat or a parka. The only reason I'd be in a bar is to wait for someone picking me up in bad weather.

    That's actually not true. Although I don't drink alcoholic beverages, there are several bars in this town that serve really good food. I'd be wearing whatever I'd worn the rest of that day.

    I would just wear whatever I had on...normally jeans and a t-shirt.  
    I do not remember the last time I was in a bar.
