Former Coal Lobbyist now EPA administrator Andrew Wheeler refused to ban the use of Chlorpyrifos, a child brain-damaging pesticide! Why?

Here's my theory. The more brain damaged they are the more docile and amenable they will be when they join a political party as brain-damaged adults. Why else would any sane person WANT to damage children's brains? Clever? Long-term planning at its best! Leave it to a Republican to figger that out!
