Overreach pure and simple. A "rule" not in the Constitution is treated as though it were. Why is such overreach allowed?

Other than the DOJ memo where is it written that A SITTING PRESIDENT CANNOT BE INDICTED
OR CHARGED OR TRIED OR CONVICTED OR IMPRISONED FOR CRIMES COMMITTED WHILE IN OFFICE? Talk about the dreaded OVERREACH about which Republicans get frenzied and hissyfitty and flip out as it applies to the Supremes LEGISLATING FROM THE BENCH INSTEAD OF JUST INTERPRETING EXISTING LAWS WHADDABOUT the overreach of the Justice Department? Writing A lousy MEMO that is treated as if it were a LAW?

When did Congress LEGISLATE THEIR APPROVAL of such a dispstick "rule"?  When did the states vote on it?   This is a cheap maneuver not based in law being followed because someone says so? Are you serious? How insane and inane and illogical is that?

They do not do it for one reason....a sitting President can pardon his/herself.
