In my murky dark past I had a MIL who was a DAR member and argued that point with me after Ronald Reagan became Governor of California and changed things.
She said no one has a right to an education. Only those who can afford to pay for it should have access to it. Yes she looked down her nose at everyone who wasn't rolling in big bucks. But I got to thinking maybe that's how all Republicans look at things. Ya think?
