He speaks populist and things/acts corporate. He sucks up to the employees verbally but he never forgets what he is. DA BOSS! Right?

How many folks who OWN their own companies see life from the viewpoint of their employees? Any of them?
Or are they always BOSS and the employees are always the UNDERLINGS and it will never ever be otherwise?

I guess you can pretend to be what you aren't.
