What does being POTUS have to do with letting a major city go to complete rack and ruin?? Of course, most of the cities that have the appearance of unkempt city dumps, are under Dummycrat administration. As for Cummings, he's like a lot of professional politicians who have spent their entire lives in Congress with not one worthwhile thing to show for it.
