    1)  He's not suitable for the position
    2)  Because he's a Trump sycophant who will do Trump's bidding rather than what's best for the country
    3)  Because he would have so much trouble getting confirmed in the REPUBLICAN SENATE
    4)  Because he doesn't know his tush from a hole in the ground when it comes to intelligence
