After making the movie "Dirty Dancing" actress Jennifer Gray turned her regular nose in for a twinkie nose. Said she regretted it. Why?

Because when she looked into the mirror a stranger looked back at her. She didn't recognize herself. She traded in a perfectly good nose for a "pretty girl" cookie cutter typical ordinary indistinguishable average nose.

If you do that and regret it can you get back your original nose? Once the deed is done is it impossible to undo?

Imagine Sophia Loren with a pug nose? Sheesh. Or Barbra Streisand with an Elizabeth Taylor nose? Unless there is disfigurement or a birth defect for which plastic surgery is a godsend why do people want to look like everybody else and not themselves?
