You saw him commit the murder. His fingerprints are on the trigger/gun. He is covered with blood. What more do you need to assign GUILT?

Not only did YOU see the murder being committed multiple others did as well. The blood spattered all over the murderer's clothes is the blood of the deceased. When is enough irrefutable evidence enough and why isn't it enough some times?

Justice delayed is justice diluted. I agree with that. But it is not justice denied. It just didn't occur in timely fashion. .

    If you are talking about a court of law ... they have to be found guilty by a jury (or judge, in non-jury trial).

    Otherwise, people are free to say the person is guilty.

    The only reason the media often says "accused" - even when the person is on tape doing the crime - is because they don't want to risk being sued, since the person hasn't been legally found guilty of the crime yet.
