    Good question. An example would be David Muir asking trump what looking Presidential means. He was not able to answer the question. David did not persue that by saying..."You didn't answer the question." Too bad Charlie Rose wasn't doing the interview. He would have torn trump a new one. It did say a lot about trump though.

     Exactly. Matt Lauer didn't say that either.   He needed to hammer Trump repeatedly for not answering the questions but he didn't.   I'm not sure how good the debates will be if the moderators don't  hammer the candidates when they don't answer questions.
