Per Trump had we just "taken" the oil in Iraq before we left there would be no ISIS. How would we move the large oil reserve and where would we store it?

"To the victor go the spoils". Trump quoted that. He said we invaded Iraq, spent a ton of dollars, killed a ton of people and left empty-handed. I guess he isn't used to that. He always gets something. Can we take the oil now? Is it too late? Maybe Trump has a SECRET plan for doing that too along with his SECRET PLAN to take out ISIS?
