George W. Bush started NAFTA, but Bill Clinton finished it by signing it. Did they know that problems with immigration would occur with countries south of the border with it. Not only Mexico. Trade comes from all the countries south of the border, as far as trade is concerned.

That wasn't NAFTA as much as the asinine war on drugs--which was started by Nixon and 'pumped up' by Ronnie Ray-Guns.
