So the fetus is allowed to be born. That's when they wash their hands of it. They are very short-sighted and have no wish to burden their brains about what environmental indifference means to that fetus who is now a full-blown human being though very tiny frail and weak. A brain can only hold so much thinking before it starts blinking blinking blinking due to overload.
So the kid is born. Then what? Go suck an egg?
How can they be so cavalier about the ignorance and indifference that will surely lead to some deaths eventually due to pollution? Is it really that difficult to project extrapolate figure out what rescinding of environmental protections will do? Does it take an extremely stable genius? Obviously not since the self-described extremely stable genius is behind the death of such protections. So we are between a rock and a hard place.
